Shipping & Returns

Our return and refund policy follows Portuguese and European Union e-commerce regulations. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange—unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • It should, when possible, be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom t-shirts with names or exclusive designs)

  • Intimate or personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products once downloaded

  • Health and personal care items if safety seals are broken

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows clear signs of use

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error

  • The return is made outside the 14-day window but is exceptionally accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@rvrt.eu and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it sent to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to: {physical address}.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item without proof of delivery.
